Information is collected on our website via an online contact form completed by the enquirer.
At this point we request your consent to us storing and processing the data for the purposes of responding to your enquiry.
The data is not passed to any third parties without your additional consent.
Information collected is your name and email address unless you voluntarily provide additional personal details within your enquiry.
We hold this data on our secure email server, protected by all security protections provided for the company’s own data.
The data is not distributed internally, except as required to respond to your query and is stored for no longer than 3 years, without an explicit consent to retain it longer.
Existing and Potential Suppliers/Customers
Marchwood Power Limited defines a supplier as a person or organisation that provides something that the Company needs, such as a product or service, and a customer as a person or organisation that the Company can provide with a product or service. On commencing a working relationship with us, you trust us with your personal information.
MPL collects and processes the following personal information about its existing and potential suppliers/customers:
- full name of the relevant contacts;
- contact details, including email addresses and mobile and landline telephone numbers;
- copies of email correspondence and hardcopy correspondence

Protection in place
All personal data is held on secure servers protected by comprehensive IT security infrastructure and procedures. All laptops and personal devices are encrypted and password protected and company systems can only be accessed remotely using secure keys.

You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR or DPA 18 with regard to your personal data.
